Thank you for using TrueColor Meter ("Service", "App"). This document explains how we handle your data, the permissions we request, and the terms regarding the usage of the App, including subscriptions and limitations of liability.

1. Data Collection and Usage

1.1. Personal Data

The Developer ("We") does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, phone number, or photos) to our own servers. The App operates primarily as a client-side tool, processing data locally on your device.

1.2. Operational Data

The App processes the following data locally to function:

• Camera Data: Used strictly for real-time color analysis. The video feed is processed in the device's RAM (Random Access Memory) and is not recorded or sent anywhere unless you explicitly tap the "Capture" button to save a snapshot locally.
• Light Sensor Data (Lux): Used to measure ambient light levels for color calibration.
• User Content: Colors saved within the App are stored in your device's internal storage.

1.3. Third-Party Services (Ads & Analytics)

To support the free version of the App, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. These third-party services may collect certain data (e.g., Advertising ID, IP address, device information) to provide personalized ads and analytics.

2. Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions for specific functionalities:

• CAMERA: Required for real-time color detection and capturing images for analysis.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Used to save and load exported color data files.

3. Export and Import Features

The App allows you to export your saved colors to an HTML file.

• Exported files are saved locally on your device.
• You are solely responsible for the content of these files and how you share them.
• The files may contain metadata (JSON) to facilitate re-importing data into the App.

4. Data Security

While we do not store your data on our servers, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information but cannot guarantee its absolute security regarding third-party components (e.g., ad networks).

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data (e.g., via support email), please contact us.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

Premium (Ad-free) Subscription

We offer an optional Premium subscription that removes all advertisements from the App. This subscription is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment details; Google handles all payment and subscription data in accordance with their own privacy policy and terms.

If you subscribe to Premium, the App will no longer display banners or interstitial ads. Subscription status is verified on your device via the Google Play Billing API. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account subscription settings.
